Paradies/Jacksonville Internship Program

Pamela Payne partnered with Paradies and Duval County Public Schools to select Ribault Senior High School juniors Jillian Rhodes and Janay Anthony to the local Paradies Shops internship program. Pamela’s mission to the program was to provide a quality work experience that promotes professional skills that offer exposure to all aspects of managing travel retail at Paradies in Jacksonville. Pamela serves as Director of Special District Projects for the school district, in addition to being a Paradies partner, along with her husband Willard.

Both students met the requirements of maintaining a grade point average of 3.0 or above, and having a strong career interest in retail. This internship program has been well received by the community and the Airport. Pamela Payne and Chris Forner‘s management team oversee this two-year internship program.
