Don Marek

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer, Don Marek provides insight and manages all financial aspects of the company across the United States and Canada.

A graduate of James Madison University in Virginia, Marek received his BBA degree with a concentration in Accounting.  While working for Ernst & Young, Marek earned the distinction of Certified Public Accountant in 1980.  Shortly thereafter, Marek joined Best Products as director of internal reporting.

In 1986, Marek came on board with The Paradies Shops in the role of Assistant Controller.  By 1989, Marek realized a promotion to Controller and in 1996, Marek was promoted to Vice President of Finance. He was promoted to his current position in 2004.
