Les Russell

Vice President of Human Resources

Les Russell not only brings vast retail experience to his role as vice president of human resources, but he is responsible for coordinating stellar training programs throughout all areas of the company – from sales associate to executive leadership.

Under his leadership, Russell is responsible for all human resources activities, including benefits, compensation, payroll, training and employee relations.  Additionally, he provides direction for organizational development and training activities companywide.

His role with the company is pivotal in the request for proposal process by providing representation at both airport and off airport locations.

After receiving a degree from the University of Georgia, Les Russell began his career with Hartmarx Specialty Stores and American Retail Group, Russell joined the Paradies Shops in 1998 as director of human resources, bringing with him nearly 24 years experience in retail management. He was promoted to vice president in 1999.
