Lou Bottino

Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer of the Paradies Shops, Lou Bottino provides leadership for all aspects of the company’s operations across the United States and Canada.

Bottino has served Paradies in many roles, first starting out as an assistant manager at the company’s Atlanta operation, the Paradies Support Center, in 1978. Two years later, Bottino relocated to Ohio and assumed the position of general manager for The Paradies Shops’ Columbus Metropolitan Airport retail operation.

In 1983, he returned to the Atlanta headquarters and was appointed regional manager / merchandiser and was later promoted to Senior Vice President – Regions. In that position, Bottino assumed responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a segment of the company’s locations to include the merchandising of the news division of the company.

Bottino received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. He began his career with J.C. Penney Company as a merchandise manager.
