Reginald Mays to the rescue!

The flight delay was unexpected. The request for help was urgent.

A young mother with a newborn infant in Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport found herself delayed and without baby formula. After checking around in the airport, she entered a Paradies Shop, where she encountered senior team leader Reginald “Reggie” Mays. She was distraught and desperate.

Reggie wasted no time in helping the mother.

He quickly left the airport and drove to the nearest grocery story to buy baby formula. Thinking ahead, Reggie not only bought formula to feed the baby immediately – he bought enough to last the travelers two days, just in case.

That kind of first-class service characterizes Reggie’s approach and attitude every day. From mentoring new sales associates to team leaders, he handles any questions, comments or concerns with a positive and passionate attitude.
