When Rita Rousseau is around, no challenge is too big or too small when it comes to customer service!
Rita is known throughout the Bradley International Airport in Hartford for helping the travelers in need. When a woman without funds explained her infant wasn’t feeling well and needed a clean diaper, Rita ran down the hall to purchase a pack of diapers.
Then there was an elderly woman stranded at the airport. Having been dropped off three hours early for her flight and without the ability to visit the food court before take off because she could not carry her luggage, Rita went outside and retrieved a Smart Carte and led the woman to the cafeteria.
On another occasion, a Brooks Brothers customer could not get through the security checkpoint to visit the store – he was in town for a business meeting but forgot to pack his belt – Rita volunteered to meet him landside with a selection of belts in his size.
