JoAnn Burton couldn’t react fast enough to a frantic traveler with an unusual dilemma.
The passenger accidentally spilled gasoline on himself while filling up his rental car. With gas fumes on his clothing, he was not allowed to board the plane.
Overhearing this traveler’s situation in the CNBC store where she worked, JoAnn quickly began calling around to find pants. Determined to locate pants so the traveler could be on his way to meet his family as scheduled, she finally found pants at a nearby PGA TOUR Shop – then rushing over to pick them up.
The customer replied, “You made my day! Your customer service was above and beyond expected.”
