With airports being such a busy place with people moving in all directions, and many times rushing around to meet flights, special needs travelers sometimes get overlooked – but not when Karen is around.
On a regular basis, Karen goes out of her way to provide assistance. Whenever there is a lull in the stores, Karen finds a way to offer first class customer service to people who may be wheel chair bound and prevented from simply strolling the airport to grab a newspaper or visit a store to make a special purchase while waiting for their plane.
On any given day, Karen takes on the persona of “personal shopper” making a point to visit with people who may need assistance. From bottled water to newspapers to specialty merchandise, this particular customer is able to enjoy a shopping experience at West Palm Beach just like any other traveler.
