A bad storm hits and it’s Ai Lee to the rescue!

When a bad storm hit Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in 2006, Ai Lee’s commitment to The Paradies Shops and the traveling public went above and beyond the call of duty.

With the roads too dangerous to drive home, Ai made the decision to stay at the airport hotel. Instead of making her way home the next morning, Ai came into work and worked a double shift to help cover for the other associates who couldn’t make it in due to inclement weather.

If that wasn’t enough, Ai managed a sales order over the phone and delivered the merchandise to the customer on her way home that same evening!
