At the PGA TOUR Shop in General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, a customer entered the store that happened to be on her first visit to the United States. During her conversation with Rosalyn, she said she would be working at the nearby Wisconsin Dells Resort and would be taking a train from the Airport to the Dells. Always conscientious, Rosalyn mentioned to the customer to make sure she got on the right shuttle to not miss her train.
After her shift ended, Rosalyn decided to check on the customer to make sure she had indeed gotten on her correct train. It turned out that the customer was bound for the wrong train - one that was headed for Chicago.
Acting quickly, Rosalyn assisted the customer to the correct train. Rosalyn Knoth shows that at The Paradies Shops, customer service doesn’t stop when the guest leaves our stores.
