Outstanding customer service is only one of Charles’ talents - his wealth of knowledge has not only resulted in exceptional special event sales, but has also created a bond with many of our guests. One of our customers - a teacher - was so impressed with Charles’ knowledge of local DVDs he purchased over 20 DVDs to take back to his classroom! Charles helped another recent guest hand pick over 170 pieces of Fitz & Floyd for an event she was having; she was so pleased with his First Class customer service she came back and purchased 30 more pieces for friends and family.
On another occasion, during a rush of visitors, a customer wanted desperately to purchase an item as a gift, but was in a hurry and could not wait in the long lines. Charles escorted her to one of our other shops to expedite her purchase, and she sent Charles a beautiful thank you card thanking him for his TRIFIC customer care. With service like this, it’s no wonder Charles is a First Class Associate!
