Our 2007 Presidential Award Winner, Charles Isip, joined our Burbank location in 1996 and has been exceeding our partners and customers expectations ever since. Beginning his career as a Sales Associate and now excelling as a Senior Team Leader, Charles continues to go above and beyond every day.
By creating and implementing new reporting procedures in his location that have now been adopted company-wide, Charles’ commitment and attention to detail have helped The Paradies Shops find new ways to keep the merchandise inventory updated while ensuring our loss prevention standards are met. He not only single-handedly led the inventory initiative of Burbank this year, but helped our Vancouver and Long Beach locations with theirs as well!
Whether it’s lending a hand at a location that needs a little extra help, or making things better for the entire company, Charles is at his best leading those around him and displaying the TRIFIC qualities that make The Paradies Shops the industry-leading company it is today.
