Working in our El Paso location, Jesse Villar was approached by an elderly couple who had attempted to go through security, but were sent back. Jesse observed the couple had a very old travel bag, and the couple told him it was filled with medication in bottles that did not meet the new security standards. Jesse explained the liquid restriction policy and suggested that the couple purchase a small travel bag and then check it in at the airlines counter. He offered to show them where they needed to go, as well as translate if necessary.
While at the counter, the airline agent asked Jesse what his relationship to the couple was. Jesse’s response?
“I work for the Paradies Shops and our main concern and priorities are customer service and satisfaction here at the Airport.”
After checking the bag, Jesse then assisted them through security and to their gate. Without Jesse’s help this couple would have surely missed their flight. Jesse demonstrated each and every TRIFIC Core Value of The Paradies Shops, and the couple was very grateful to him.
