Jim Burkitt Lends a Helping Hand in Jacksonville

Jim Burkitt’s story exemplifies going above and beyond to help his Jacksonville customer in her time of need. Upon expressing concern that she appeared faint, Jim learned his customer was pregnant as well as diabetic and feeling faint due to a very low blood sugar level- a dangerous situation. In a moment of great calm, Jim put his previous fire fighter training to work, rushing to the food court and returning with orange juice in hopes it would raise her sugar level. Once his customer was stable enough, Jim insisted on not only escorting her to baggage claim but also intercepting her luggage and loading it into her car. In true Paradies Shops fashion, Jim goes out of his way each and everyday making sure his customers are taken care of in a First Class manner.
